    Orders
  • Can I add to an existing order?
    Yes, you can, however this will only be possible if your order has not been shipped yet. Otherwise we will have to charge for another delivery.
  • What methods of payment are acceptable?
    We accept cash, BACS, all major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Apple Pay.
  • When will the payment be taken?
    Your payment will be processed when you checkout on our website, or, if you place your order on the phone, we can process it right away. Unless you have a credit account with us, we process payments before fullfilment.
  • How do I know if my order has been placed?
    Our online store will automatically send you a confirmation email once you place an order. In anyway we will contact you via phone or email to arrange delivery, so your order will be additionally confirmed by a member of our sales team.
  • My payment has been declined what do I do now?
    You can try another payment method, or you are not feeling confident, you can always give us a ring and we will make sure your order is processed correctly.
  • I want a product that is out of stock?
    If the product is still on our website, that means it will come back in stock. To get the latest information about the date of restocking, please call us on 0845 450 8095
  • Can I amend or cancel my order once submitted?
    Yes, orders can be cancelled or amneded at any time, however after the order has been shipped, a restocking charge might apply.

  • Where do you deliver?
    We deliver across the whole UK mainland, excluding the Scottish Highlands.
  • Is there any charge for delivery?
    We charge a flat £49.00 delivery fee for orders to England and Wales. For orders to Scotland we charge a flat £100.00 fee. England and Wales orders over £300.00 are eligable for free delivery.
  • When will my order be delivered?
    We aim to deliver all orders within 4-5 working days. In rare cases it takes longer, but in any case we will give you a specific date when you place an order.
  • Can I specify a delivery date when ordering?
    Only to some degree. You would need to discuss a specific date with a member of our sales team.
  • I have not received my delivery, who do I contact?

  • Do I have to be there to sign for the delivery?
    Yes, we will require access to deliver your furniture and we will need the delivery note signed.

  • Returns
  • Can I return a product, exchange it or get a refund?
    Yes you can, however you will need to cover the cost or sending it back to us and if the product original packaging was opened - it will be subject to restocking charge.
  • Is there a charge for returning a product?
    There is the cost of shipping the product back and also a restocking charge might apply.
  • I have received an incorrect item, what happens now?
    Please call us, we will fix this for you.
  • What happens if I want to return an item, but lost my receipt?
    No need to worry, we have a copy of your invoice.
  • When will I be credited for my return?
    The refund will be done within 10 working days from when we receive retunred items.
