Shipping Policy


A1 Office Furniture understand the importance of the smooth running of every project from conception to completion. Our in-house team will ensure that you are supported consistently and with easy communication channels.



General rules of delivery

It is your responsibility to check the delivery is correct before signing.

Deliveries are Monday-Friday 8.30 to 5.30 excluding bank holidays.

Delays are sometimes inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances A1 Office Furniture will not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods.

All deliveries are door step deliveries. if you want the office furniture delivered into your offices please call us for a quote on 0845 450 8095.



Standard Delivery

Orders below £300 will be charged a flat £49 delivery fee*.

Delivery time scale is 5-7 Working days on average, if you need the furniture quicker than this please call the office, as we can do Express Delivery on some items for a charge,

* Except Highlands, Islands and Scotland



Express Delivery:

Express Delivery takes 1-2 working days. Service is available in the UK mainland, excluding Scottish Highlands. Only certain products are available for Express Delivery. The delivery option will also be shown at checkout. Delivery type is per pallet and is part of standard curbside ground floor delivery service. All packaging including the pallet is the customers responsibility to dispose off. Installation and removal of furniture is not available on next day shipment. Any questions please call the sales team who will be more than happy to help.

 

Free Delivery Rules:

Your delivery address must be within England or Wales, please contact us for Scotland, Highlands and Islands.

Free delivery on all orders over £300, installation is not included in the delivery charge.

Free ground floor doorstep delivery to mainland UK. Scotland, Highlands & Islands will be charged, please call for quote before ordering.

The installation of your furniture is the focal point of your new working environment.

Our service is designed to offer our clients, old and new, complete peace of mind, especially those projects which need to be completed within critical time limits. We frequently operate within a working office environment with minimal disruption to the client.

Our installation teams are trained to the very highest standards, and have regular on-going training. They are equipped with the latest resources and are fully aware of health and safety guidelines.

We pride ourselves in our ability to provide a professional service which allows us to maintain our excellent relationships with our clients and maintain our reputation for offering highest quality products and service combined with value for money.



Restocking charges : 


Once you have received the goods, if you want to return any or all the goods they must be unopened and still in original packaging, there will also be a 40% restocking charge, depending on where you are in the country there also may be a collection charge, please call to confirm this, after 14 days from order we cannot accept any items returned.



We do not store customer credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
