When will my order be delivered?We aim to deliver all orders within 4-5 working days. In rare cases it takes longer, but in any case we will give you a specific date when you place an order.

Where do you deliver?We deliver across the whole UK mainland, excluding the Scottish Highlands.

Is there any charge for delivery?We charge a flat £49.00 delivery fee for orders to England and Wales. For orders to Scotland we charge a flat £100.00 fee. England and Wales orders over £300.00 are eligable for free delivery.

Can I specify a delivery date when ordering?Only to some degree. You would need to discuss a specific date with a member of our sales team.

Do I have to be there to sign for the delivery?Yes, we will require access to deliver your furniture and we will need the delivery note signed.

Can I return a product, exchange it or get a refund?Yes you can, however you will need to cover the cost or sending it back to us and if the product original packaging was opened - it will be subject to restocking charge.
